Mike managed the preliminary design and environmental permitting, the final design of approximately 500 lots, including all utilities (water, sewer, re-use, communications, power & gas), construction of more than 15 miles or roadways, and the construction and turn-over of a 60 acre park complete with four (4) top quality baseball fields.
